Payments Policy

All our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax). Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers. All transactions are processed in AUD.

Kong Computers offers Credit/Debit Card, PayPal and Bank Transfer as secure payment options. PayPal charges us a 1.5% service fee and we oncharge this to customers at Checkout. In the "Checkout" when you select the PayPal payment option you will be transferred to the PayPal website to sign in, or register for a new account to make payment. Credit/Debit Card and Bank Transfer payments do not incur any surcharges.

Once the order is finalised, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. If this email is not received within 5 minutes of ordering then please check your junk/spam folder, or ensure that you input the correct email address. Please contact us if you still do not receive the order confirmation email.

Goods are not shipped out until full payment is made.

Credit/Debit Card payments:

Credit/Debit Card payments require a (OTP) One Time PIN (Also known as 3D Secure) from your bank to complete the transaction. Once you finalise your order from within the Checkout, your bank will be notified straight away and they will quickly send you a One Time PIN text to your mobile phone and you will be asked on our website to input this One Time PIN from your bank. Once the One Time PIN is inserted, the transaction is completed.

PayPal Payments (Special note):
Due to PayPal’s terms and conditions, we can only ship goods to the registered address on your PayPal account. So please ensure that your order's intended delivery address and PayPal account delivery address match. If not then please add your preferred delivery address to your PayPal account prior to ordering and select that address as the "Ship to" address when placing the order through the PayPal checkout.

PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers and Parcel Collect cannot be used due to our shipping insurance and a signature required on delivery. Our couriers will not deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers and Parcel Collect for this reason.

We will only accept orders made via Australian PayPal accounts.

Bank Details

If you have selected the "Bank Transfer" payment method then your order confirmation email will have our bank details on it for payment. Bank Transfer payments to us clear within 1 business day. Certain banks are instant if they use Osko. We bank with National Australia Bank Australia. NAB Bank to NAB Bank internet banking transfers and NAB Bank branch deposits are instant also.
